Paul began SignAffects in 2006. Prior to that Paul worked in the financial services industry, banks and internet based companies for 16 years. He holds a BSA from Kent State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He is also proud to be listed as an inventor on 2 US Patents.
Paul is a dedicated family man who especially enjoys gokarting, football and wrestling with his 4 sons.

Heather is a graduate of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. She has been with SignAffects since 2007! Heather's positive attitude and attention to customer satisfaction make designing and working with her a wonderful experience!
Heather is married and has two sons. She is very artistic and spends her spare time creating wonderful mosaics and other art forms.

Mike is a great problem solver and a natural for all the unique sign installations and repair work. Mike has experience with LED, vinyl, wood and metal signs. Most importantly, Mike is very patient and detail oriented! He won't quit until the job is done right!

In Mike's spare time he enjoys racing Karts with his family. He is the designated mechanic and is responsible for preparing 4 karts for their team.
